Students select the business school (B-School) based on the quality of education
and opportunities provided by the college post-completion which is directly reflected
in their placements records. Having a mechanism to audit the placement data increases
the chance of attracting the best students and creates trust among all the stakeholders.
The India placement reporting standards (IPRS) is reporting tool to disseminate
relevant information to all the stakeholders (prospective students, recruiters,
media & ranking agencies) without affecting the transparency required by the prospective
students and privacy of students and the recruiters.
The aggregate statistics published should include minimum, maximum, median, and
average salaries segmented across each of the function, sector, and location.
Students & Placement Team
The IPRS mandates the placement data be audited by an independent auditor.
Onicra provides auditing of the placement data by validating the data (remuneration/sector/function)
obtained from the placement committee thorough communication received from the recruiters
and ensures that the presented data follows the compliance of IPRS.
