evaluate potential suppliers and identify the suppliers that are most capable of
aligning themselves to the manufacturing and business needs of a company. The key
thought behind the program is to do a component wise mapping of vendors tracing
the trail of sub-vendors, subsequently rating & grading the vendors in the pool.
The Oni Segmentation matrix is a proprietary tool used by Onicra to segment the
various components keeping in view the criticality (higher complexity: knowledge,
tooling etc and more capital intensive parts) & volume of the requirement.
